MARGARITA:
A classic blend of Sauza tequila, Cointreau, and freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice. Shaken with ice to chill and strained into a sea-salt rimmed cocktail glass and garnished with a wheel of lime. Can also be blended with ice. MOJITO:
A double shot of Dark Mount Gay Rum muddled with fresh lime wedges, sugar and mint. Served in an ice-filled, sugar-rimmed tumbler with sprig of fresh mint to garnish. Add a dash of soda, lemonade or dry ginger to taste if desired. CAIPRIOSKA:
A tart yet smooth blend of double Absolut Vodka, sugar and fresh lime. Shaken with ice to chill and served in an ice-filled tumbler rimmed delicately with sugar. LONG ISLAND ICE TEA:Composed of equal measures of Bacardi, vodka, gin, tequila and Cointreau. Shaken together with ice and freshly squeezed lemon juice, then strained into a highball tumbler and topped with a splash of coke. COSMOPOLITAN:
Vodka, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime and cranberry juice, shaken with ice to chill and strained into cool martini glass. AMARETTO SOUR:
A double shot of Amaretto, shaken together with ice, egg white and freshly squeezed lime strained into an ice-filled tumbler. For a traditional alternative feel free to substitute from our selection of whiskeys. STRAWBERRY PASH DAIQUIRI:A smooth ice blend of Bacardi, Malibu, strawberry liqueur, fresh strawberries and passion fruit pulp. Served in a frosted cocktail glass, then garnished with a drizzle of passion fruit pulp and a fresh strawberry. PEACH AND MANGO CAPRIOSKA:Fresh mango and lime pieces muddled together with crushed ice, vodka, mango liqueur and peach schnapps. Served in a sugar rimmed highball and finished with a drizzle of passion fruit pulp. PINA COLADA:A classic combination of Bacardi, Malibu and pineapple juice, shaken with ice and a dash of coconut cream. Strained and served in a frosted cocktail glass. TOBLERONE:A creamy mix of Baileys, Kahlua and Frangelico, blended with chocolate syrup and ice-cream. Served in a honey drizzled martini glass and finished with chocolate. JAPANESE SLIPPER:Equal parts of Midori, Cointreau and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass and garnished with a slice of lemon. VANILLA-BERRY SMASH:Vanilla and blackcurrant vodka, Chambourd, served over crushed ice and muddled fresh strawberries. Topped up with cranberry juice and served in a highball. SIDECAR:A mix of St. Remy brandy, Cointreau and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass. MARTINI CORNERCLASSIC VODKA MARTINI:
A double shot of your choice of vodka from our top-shelf selection, served in a vermouth-licked martini glass with two green olives. Choose to have your martini dry, wet, dirty, filthy, shaken or stirred. CLASSIC GIN MARTINI:
A double shot of your choice of Gin from our top-shelf selection. Served in a vermouth-licked martini glass with two green olives. As with the vodka martini, please advise your bartender of your personal taste. ESPRESSO MARTINI:A classic blend of vodka, Frangelico, Kahlua and Espresso coffee. Shaken until chilled and served in a frosty martini glass, then garnished with coffee beans and a cocoa swirl. APPLETINI:A shot of vodka and apple schnapps shaken with a dash of apple juice and finished with a squeeze of fresh lime. Served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with a wheel of lime. FRENCH MARTINI:A combination of vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice. Shaken until chilled and served in a frosted martini glass. LYCHEE MARTINI:A fruity concoction of vodka, Paraiso Lychee liqueur and pineapple juice. Shaken and served in a chilled martini glass, then finished with a squeeze of fresh lime and a drop of grenadine. |
